Well folks, this will probably be my last time writing on my own page. Mommy says she'll start consolidating me and the Jackaroo once he turns One. So, what's happened since my last post? I celebrated Thanksgiving at Gran and Pa-Pete's, Christmas Eve Eve at Oma and Opa's, and Christmas Eve at Aba and Abu's. Santa came to Aba's on Christmas day and brought me some great gifts. You should've seen how many dinosaurs I got from my family... I was in heaven.

Some things I love to do are play with my dino's, animals, and trains. I like to line up my toys ... they're usually off to a destination like California or the Animal Park. Sometimes the butterfly fly's everyone to the kitchen. I love to take a bath with all my fish... they are soo cool.

I've been in school since September.. I really enjoy it. They teach me things like shapes and colors.. never mind I've known those things for a long time. But, it's fun and I get snacks and get to play with all my friends.

Big thing that happened about two weeks ago... I finally went poopy on the potty. You want to know how happy mommy is?? Stretch your arms our really wide and say "Thiiiiis much". She said around the world and back, but I'm not sure what she's talking about. No more pull-ups for me... now it's just big boy underwear. I like to wear Diego, Madagascar, Nemo, Thomas, and Superman.

Jack's starting to crawl and grab my toys.. I'm not digging it. It's not that I mind sharing my toys so much, it's just that he sticks everything in his mouth. I also worry he might choke on the little pieces so I don't let him. He let's me play with all his toys though. They're pretty fun.

It's a little past my third year, but who's counting? I had my first real birthday party for my third - it was awesome! It was a Madagascar theme and I had all my family here (except Uncle Rick, Aunt Misty, Alex, and Sarah). I missed them! My cake was soo cool and I blew out all the candles by myself.

Oh, and I started preschool in September (hence the picture on my main page). I really like going to school. The kids and teachers are really nice and I get yummy snacks when I'm there. I only go from 9-12 on MWF, but that seems to be enough for now. They're trying to dumb me up by teaching me colors and shapes. Uh... helllooooo, that was so one year ago. I have certain jobs every week, or as I like to call them "duties". I don't like to discuss my day with mommy and daddy which really gets them crazed. I know they want to know how my day was, and "fine" doesn't seem to suffice. Sorry guys, I'm a boy, what do you expect?

I went back to Cali since my last post and visited with all my babes. I sure do miss them.

Halloween was a blast too. I was Superman and Jack was Batman. My friend Ryan came over and we went trick-or-treating around my neighborhood. I got so much candy. My stash seems to be diminishing pretty damn fast though - I think some people, i.e. Gran, Pa-Pete, Mommy, and Daddy are stealing candy from a little boy. The nerve.

Wow... it's been a long time since I've updated my site. A lot has happened since February. I must say these haven't been the easiest months of my life. I left all my friends in Cali and moved to Stamford, CT. Mom was so tired our first few months because she was preggo's with Jack and dad was gone all the time. I had a hard time sleeping in my new house. Then, in June, Jack was born. I love my little brother but having my parents leave me for three days to go to the hospital was a little traumatic. I didn't want to let them out of my site for about six weeks. I kept thinking they were gonna leave me. Life has since gotten a little easier though - thank goodness.

So, let me tell you what I'm up to nowadays. I moved into my big boy room two days ago. I got brand new animal sheets and quilt for my queen size bed!! They tell me I'll have to sleep elsewhere when guests come, but I guess it's a good trade off to have such a big bed. I LOVE IT! Also, I got some big boy underwear the other day too. I've been wearing them with no diaper for about two days now while at home (not while I sleep though). So far, so good. The problem is, I haven't wanted to go poopy in the potty yet, just my diaper ( I know, too much information). Soon though, I promise.

Now, I don't want to brag, but everyone keeps saying I'm a genius. I mean, when everyone keeps saying it, you tend to start believing it. I love to spell my name C-O-B-Y Coby! I can also spell Mom, Dad, Cat, and Dog. I can recognize almost all the letters and spell words when prompted by my magnet speller on the fridge. I know all my shapes and all the former presidents of the United States (that's half true). I have a sticker book that Jack gave me when he was born that I absolutely LOVE. Abu and Aba gave me another one and I'm always matching the sticker to it's proper location.

Mom started teaching Stroller Strides out here and my cousin David comes to class too. Sometimes when Jack doesn't go to class, David and I share a stroller - it's great fun. We have a really cool blow up pool that Gran gave us and some other water toys. It's fun just hanging out in the backyard and getting wet. Sometimes Kyle, my next door neighbor comes over to play too.

It's fun living so close to Gran, Pa-Pete, Oma, Opa, Aunt Kir, Uncle Joe, Aunt Steph, Uncle Chris, Aunt Marilyn, Uncle Peter, Timothy, and Shane. We see them pretty often and I'm always staying over at Gran's house. I can't wait to drive down to see Abu, Aba, Uncle Rick, Aunt Misty, and Alex and Sarah. They were just up here and I had a blast with them.

I'm sure there's a lot I'm forgetting, but that's what happens when you go months without updating the website.

I'm about three months into my third year of life. Let me tell you a little about myself nowadays. I LOVE Finding Nemo and Madagascar - they are my all time favorite movies. Mommy and Daddy took me to Sea World and the San Diego Wild Animal Park - I had a blast. At Sea World I saw whales, dolphins, starfish, Nemo, Jacque, Dory, Bubbles, and so many others from my favorite movie. I had the time of my life and I can't wait to go back. We also went to the Wild Animal Park. They had most of the animals from Madagascar except for the hippo, BUT, I did see tons of Rhino's. Gran gave me a Little People A-Z Animal Set for my b-day and I like to play with the Madagascar animals - Lion, Zebra, Giraffe, Hippo, Monkey, and Penguin. I love to quote the Madagascar penguins. My favorite lines are "Abort! Dive Dive Dive", "You, Quadruped!", and "You didn't see anything". Those penguins crack me up!

I moved to my toddler bed in January after having a difficult time back east. I never wanted to go to sleep and I started climbing (falling) out of my crib at night. I like my toddler bed now because I can get out every morning all by myself. I used to get out a bunch of times at night and go downstairs to see Mommy and Daddy, but now they close my door. So, sometimes I just turn on the light, grab a book, get into the rocking chair and do some nighttime reading.. I find it relaxes me.

I just found out I'm gonna have a baby brother named Jack! Sounds pretty exciting in theory.. we'll see how it goes when he actually gets here :)
