05.25.06 - 37 weeks - We asked the doctor if we could be scheduled to be induced. We were worried Chris might be on a trip, so we are currently scheduled to be induced a week earlier than the due date. We will check into the hospital on the evening of June 6th, and most likely deliver on the 7th. We thought it'd be pretty cool to have Jack born on 06-06-06, but I'm not sure that's going to happen. Here's a picture of me at 37 weeks with my big belly.

05.12.06 - 35 weeks - We had a quick ultrasound done today because I had a little spotting and the doctor wanted to check the placenta. Everything looked fine. The ultrasound tech AND the doctor were amazed at how much hair Jack had. They estimated he weighed in about 6 lbs. 7 oz., which was two weeks more than average. The ultrasound tech thought Jack would be a big baby like Coby. Oh boy! Here's a picture of our baby boy.

03.13.06 - 27 weeks - I'm getting BIG! We had another doctors appointment and Jack's looking good - nice resting heartrate of 155bmp. We'll have to get him on that treadmill when he's born.

02.05.06 - 22 weeks - I've been feeling Jack move around quite a bit - Chris has yet to feel him. I feel like my belly has totally popped in these last four weeks - I'm pretty much ALL maternity clothes now. Here's a picture of me on Feb. 5th (22 weeks). The first one is at home, the second one is after finishing the Pacific Shoreline Half Marathon.

01.22.06 - 20 weeks - We decided on a name for our little baby boy.. Jack Javi Wiese!!! I kid around and tell people over the phone that we're going to call him J.J. It's at that point I hear Coby from across the room say "Jay Jay the Jet Plane". Chris picked the name Jack and I loved it. I absolutely love the name Javi (short for Javier), but I couldn't name the poor kid a name everyone will mispronounce his entire life.

01.09.06 - 18 weeks - It's a BOY!!!! We're very excited!! The ultrasound technician spent about ten minutes measuring everything and making sure everything was OK. It was!!! Here's my belly and ultrasound pictures.... all taken today. Click to enlarge.
