2nd Month, July 9-August 8, 2006

I'm twice as old as I was in my last post and a lot has happened.  Well, not really too much to be quite honest.  I've grown a ton - or so everyone says.  I've slept 8 hours 4 nights in a row, I've started smiling and laughing and cooing all the time.  I've also grown out of my 0-3 months clothes.  My mom had to retire them.. boo.  They're all going to my cousin - hopefully he's a boy so he can wear all my hand me downs. 

Oh, and I have this thing called Torticollis.  Basically, I have a tight muscle on the right side of my neck and it's always pulling my head to the right.  My dad noticed a lump when I was about a month old and we called the doctor's office.  The pediatricians thought it was torticollis.  They had us do an ultrasound to make sure it wasn't a cyst (it wasn't).  They then had us see a pediatric specialist and he confirmed what the pediatrician said.  So three times a day for at least three months, my parents have to do a little physical therapy on my neck.  They stretch it right and left ten times.  I hated it at first, but now it seems to be getting easier and I don't mind it as much. 

At my two month check up, I weighed in at 13 lbs. 8 oz. and measured 23 1/2 inches long.
