| 2005 seemed to fly by..
Chris was activated until May, we moved to our new house in June, Chris
left for training in July for three months, we found out I was pregnant
in September, Chris got an interview with Continental in December, and
we went back east for about two weeks for the holidays.
We loved living in Aliso Viejo and having access to the running path, the mountain biking paths, and just the general ease of finding a place to work out. We really kept in shape while we were there. Chris finished his first Half Ironman and kicked some butt!!! We also did a few other races as well. We bought our first home and moved to Lake Elsinore in June 2005. It's quite a change from Orange County and the summer was HOT HOT HOT! I immediately joined Stroller Strides which was three blocks away and met a ton of great moms. I started instructing my own location in October. Coby's changed so much this year. He's started talking A LOT! He loves to read books, he loves Nemo and Madagascar. He loves to hang out with his friends after stroller strides. In October, we found out we were having another baby. We also went back to DC to run the 30th annual Marine Corp Marathon with Claudia, John, Mike, Tammy, and Michelle. In December, Chris got called for an interview with Continental - he got hired in January. 2006 will be full of many life events - new job, big move, and NEW BABY BOY!!! |
